Agreement

By using aeriq.in or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric composition, construction and fit. Colours may render differently across screens. Measurements are taken from approved production samples and a tolerance of up to half an inch applies to finished garments.

Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We may change prices at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to it.
• If a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, the address cannot be serviced, payment fails verification, or we suspect fraudulent or resale activity. Where we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Payment

Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider over an encrypted connection. AERIQ does not receive or store your card details. Cash on delivery is available on orders below ₹5,000 at serviceable PIN codes.

Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The AERIQ name, logo, product designs, photography, copy and site design are the property of AERIQ. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without written permission.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit unlawful material.

Liability

Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ludhiana, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.
